Prepare tender documents for main and sub-contract works including the production of Specifications, Schedules of Works, Schedules of Rates, Bills of Quantities and Employer’s Requirements. To carry out tender evaluations and negotiations and prepare Contract Documents.

Oversee the financial and contractual aspects of the project, including cost control monitoring.
